Ewww Ewww Ewww freaking EWWWW!!! I was playing around with my dog and I found a tick on her! It was huge and gross!! I got it off and flushed it down the toliet. She was very good about all of it. I figured it would hurt...looked like it did. But she was well behaved. She even waged her tail when I was done and jumped around all happy like. I guess she knew what I was doing and was happy to be rid of the horrible thing.
I checked her for more but that was all I found thank gods. I have to get some dog shampoo tommorow to bath her. I checked the cat as well and she didn't have any on her so thats good.
That was my dog's first tick ever. She's never had ticks before. She sleeps with me so now I'm all grossed about it. I don't have any on me thank god but I did check.
I've seen ticks before but never one that was all full of blood and puffed out ewww was gross major!!
Anyway I'm freaked out now. It was really gross. I was petting her and all of a sudden I felt something. I had to dig through her thick fur to find it and I was all grossed out that I had touched it. It was all slick and gross!
Now I'm all itchy. Funny how that works. I saw a tick and even though there are none on me my brain is making me think I'm all itchy.
I washed my hands really well and am now wanting to take my third bath for today. Its just soo gross. Okay I'm allowed to be girly about this since I am a girl and the thought of some horrible blood sucking disease spreading thing on my baby was disturbing.
Okay I'm still all freaked out and my skin is crawling. I had to stop playings Sims 2 and come talk about it. I couldn't play Sims thinking about that tick. Ewww. Before I flushed it I looked at it to make sure I had gotten it all and it wiggled its little legs at me! Ewwww it was gross!
Even though ticks are harmful and stuff I still felt bad for killing a living thing. Isn't that weird? I wanted to get rid of it so it wouldn't hurt my dog anymore but I felt bad because I had to kill it. I don't even like ticks! I'm so strange...
